Gilpin

This is one of the first macro shots I was proud of in my journey. During the process of printing and framing it, my friend at the camera store thought it looked familiar. It turns out Laura Gilpin also took an very similar photograph of Lupins, a native Colorado plant. She also happens to be from Colorado Springs, where I currently live.
